General bug fixes and improvements (thanks  again to Karasza_Zephyr and AmphibiaMedia)

- Fixed several typos

- Made some endings (including the "good" ending) easier to get

- Fixed an issue where certain encounters could become removed from the event list (and thus be impossible to find) until the game was restarted

- Fixed an issue where sequential events could be found in the incorrect order

- Fixed an issue where food items could not be used while inside the toad tavern

- Changed Wally's accordion to be able to bend time and space and remain in the player's hair after re-spawning.

- Added friends to zone 4

- Fixed an issue where town shops would sometimes be empty upon re-spawning

- Made certain instructions less confusing
